Bossa 'n' Roses is released on the market given the great reception that its predecessors had Bossa 'n' Stones y Bossa 'n' Marley, records that fortunately I have not had the opportunity to listen to until today. This one in particular I heard almost in its entirety a couple of months ago - in a friend's car - during a long drive home, and except for two or three songs it was not to my liking.
It is that inevitably there is a tendency to compare this type of versions with the original songs and when doing that, it almost immediately disdains those that do not seem at least decent or that do not match our musical tastes.
A streak of Brazilian rhythms, some of bossa nova and passages of jazz, which in certain passages is not entirely unpleasant.
