As can be read on its official page, U2 will put into circulation -with 'remastered' sound- the classic The unforgettable fire.
When? From next October 27.
Why? To celebrate the 25th anniversary of its release to the market.
As was done with the re-releases of the first three albums of this Irish band last year, Boy, October y War, it will bet on a great variety of formats: compact disc, 12 ”vinyl, 'deluxe' edition and limited edition 'box set'.
'Deluxe' edition: Original remastered CD, 2nd CD with sides by unpublished material (which includes two songs never released before: “Yoshino Blossom"And"disappearing act").
'Box Set': in addition to the above, a DVD (with all the videos on the disc, a documentary of the 'making-of' and live footage of the tour they did in 1986 for Amnesty International), and a 56-page booklet with notes from The Edge and those involved in production (daniel lanois y Brian Eno).
