The Offspring: New album in 2010?

The Offspring

About to go on tour -in mid-July- for North America to then appear throughout Europe during the rest of the summer, Offspring seem willing to dip into their old material with a view to start the works of his next record production.

Kevin 'Noodles' Wasserman, his guitarist, recently commented that Dexter holland, the leader of the group, had met with the producer Bob rock (Metallica, Motley Crue, Aerosmith, etc.) to start a 'Sketch'of which will be the successor of Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace (2008).

"Both were reviewing a couple of things that we left pending in our previous album ... songs that did not enter as 'splinter' or 'conspiracy of one' ... to see if from there you could get an idea on which to start working"He commented.

However, everything indicates that the followers of this group will have to wait -at least- until next year to listen to the new material ...

"We would like to have it finished for next year… well I don't think we will enter the studios until January, when we finish the tour. Also, it will be almost impossible to create something new while we are traveling ... it is something very difficult ... it almost never happens"He added.
