In April of this year, Argentines celebrated their 25 years with music in a massive open-air concert in the city of Buenos Aires, where there were various guests who played the band's classics and some of the songs that make up his latest production, simply titled Super Mice.
The festivities continued with a recognition granted by the Deliberative Council of Mar del Plata, a coastal city that saw them born, and concluded with another show, only this time, beach.
The new album, which is being presented in Europe these days, already has the video of the third broadcast cut ready, The last summer, directed by the triad. Augusto González Polo, Poll Pebe Pueyrredón and Federico Wiske. This is the band's first animated video clip, which features drawings by Juliet Arroquy and Sulkoa Hope, two young talents with a strong feminine imprint (from here we recommend Arroquy's booklet that Flower Editions just edited). Except for a few slightly rotoscope scenes, the entire video was traditionally animated.
The final leg of the European tour will have Los Super Ratones visiting Portugal, England, and Germany, and then, yes, return to Argentina.
