This continuation of the saga, "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter", is written and directed again by Paul WS Anderson, and has set its premiere date in Spain in January 2017.
EAs for the plot, we are in the later moment after the events that occurred in 'Resident Evil: Revenge'. Alice (Milla Jovovich) is the only survivor who can save what little remains of the human race in her fight against the undead. Once again he has to return to action right where the nightmare began, to The Hive in Raccoon City, where the Umbrella Corporation is gathering forces before the final attack on the last survivors of the apocalypse.

The filming of this new appointment has been full of accidents, some of them seriously. Jovovich's doppelganger, in one of the film's most dangerous scenes, fell into a coma and lost her right arm. But that's not the worst. One of the production members, Ricardo Cornelius, lost his life after being accidentally crushed by a Hummer vehicle.
Everything seems to indicate that this sixth film in the "Resident Evil" saga is going to put the finishing touch to the zombie apocalypse franchise, witnessing the greatest challenge that Alice has had to face in all this time. To do this, he must join forces with old friends and a new ally to fight against new mutant monsters and many more undead. Humanity as we know it is on the brink of extinction.
