Heaven and hell, a group that introduces us to the ex-founders of Black Sabbath tony iomi and the bass player Terry 'Geezer' Butleras well as the singer Ronnie James Dio and to the drummer Vinnie Appice, met again under this name in the 2006 to record new songs that were part of the Black Sabbath: The Dio Years, a greatest hits album.
This kicked off around two years of performances and the decision to record again, for the first time since Dehumanizer de 1992 (by chance of fate in the studies rockfield, the same place where they did 17 years ago).
And from all this a new album was born: The devil you know, which came to light last Tuesday...
"We had plenty of ideas. We had enough material to make another album if we had wanted ... and we would not have used the same as we had a lot to choose from", He said iomi thereon.
He also mentioned that, despite the amount of material obtained, still they are not sure to work on his next production ...
"Our schedule is going to be quite tight for the next few months… we are going to be in South America, Europe and the United States. What happens next is not certain ... but we'll see how all this turns out".
