New preview of 'Pride, Prejudice and Zombies'

Pride, prejudice and zombies

Burr Steers' new feature film, 'Pride, Prejudice and Zombies', is a bet of dubious quality for all those who, like me, we do not quite appreciate the thrill of seeing a zombie hunting down seasoned warriors and theoretically innocent people to spread an undead pandemic. Although you never know, I doubt that the adaptation of Jane Austen's novel "Pride and Prejudice", adapted for the cinema by Joe Wright in 2005, is going to be a resounding success.

In any case the new trailer that was recently released not bad. The Apocalypse has knocked on the Bennet family's door, in a time set in a devastated England in the XNUMXth century with zombies on the job.

Pride, prejudice and zombies

Although we already saw a trailer a while ago, in this new preview Characters from Jane Austen's novel reappear with Lily James ('Cinderella') as Elizabeth Bennet and Sam Riley ('Maleficent') as Lord Darcy:

The most attractive of all, perhaps for the most addicted to Game of Thrones, is that Lena Headey (Cersei Lannister) and Charles Dance (Tywin Lannister) are part of the cast… Will father and daughter be as ruthless and incompassionate as in the series? Although it will not be the same, it will be, at least, curious to see them outside of Westeros along with other actors such as Jack Huston, Bella Heathcote, Douglas Booth and Matt Smith, among others, surrounded by knives, period costumes and the blood of individuals without life.

Pride + prejudice + zombies

'Pride, prejudice and zombies' arrives in Spanish cinemas on April 1, although in the US it opens on February 5. Check out the extended trailer!
