Slayer's disco awakening, World Painted Blood, finally has like launch day on November 3, as reported by the band from its web page.
The announcement was accompanied by a new design of the official site, where in addition to the date, we can find out about the album tracklist and read some statements from the California band members: “We are excited about World Painted Blood. We wanted to do something special with the album packaging design and we came up with some really great ideas. We've taken our time to get it right and during this summer's tour we were able to develop these ideas the way we want to.»Explained Dave lombardo, drummer for Slayer.
World Painted Blood will have 3 formats: a limited edition CD with different covers, a deluxe edition CD + DVD and a high quality vinyl record.
This will be the tenth studio album by the metalheads and will be released under the Sony BMG label.
