Montenegro, Latvia, Switzerland, Belgium, Finland, Israel, San Marino and Austria are left out.
The ten winners of yesterday will meet the ten of the semifinal next Thursday and the countries of the "Big Five" (Spain, Italy, Germany, France and the United Kingdom), in addition to the host, Azerbaiyán.
