Richie sambora back to rehab: the guitarist from Bon Jovi he has suffered a relapse of his alcoholism problems and will not participate in the group's new tour. The band will continue without him and has published an official statement in which it gives its "absolute support" to Sambora, who "is and always will be a member of Bon Jovi«.
«He will be absent from the upcoming concerts for a while, but we hope that he will return soon. In any case, we will maintain our commitment to the fans and continue the tour.«, Reads the communiqué.
The band's tour includes two stops in Spain for next July: on July 27 at the Olympic Stadium in Barcelna and on July 29 at the Anoeta Stadium in San Sebastián. The replacement will be Bobby Bandiera, who since 2005 has played rhythm guitar and is a backup singer for the band.
