The leader of the English band The Verve has made it clear that he has plans to return to his solo career despite his recent reunion with the group and the imminent departure from a new job together after 11 years.
Talking to the network radio with the BBC, Ashcroft has commented that he has no intention of abandoning his solo career and that he rejoined The Verve because it would have been "a pity"Don't do it:
"I will continue as a soloist ... but it seemed a real shame to leave things with the band as they were in 1999, and not to unite our respective talents again"He explained.
El new album of the group, Forth, will be with us from the day 25 August.
