Noel Gallagher admits he would reunite Oasis just for money

Noel Gallagher Oasis

Since Liam Gallagher decided to dissolve his group Beady Eye last October, the followers of Oasis and the specialized press itself began to speculate about this decision and the possibility of reuniting the mythical British group after six years of their separation. However shortly after, his brother Noel Gallagher threw down like any possibility of reunion; a certain statement that seems to be changing.

Few days ago Noel Gallagher changed his speech admitting that Oasis meet again is "Always a possibility"; also added that "If he ever agreed to do it, it would only be for money". In a recent interview for the British magazine Q, Noel spoke about the matter: “Until now no one has made us a specific offer. But if anyone ever did, it would be just for the money. And I'm not offering myself, by the way. But would you do it for something beneficial? No. We are not that kind of people. Why Glastonbury? I don't think organizer Michael Eavis has enough money. But will we ever return? As long as we are all alive and have hair, it is always a possibility. But only for money ".

The British musician also admits that he feels a fear about the possible reunion: “Yes, we realize that we are not as good as we used to be. I think it's part of the British mentality, the idea that the glory days are behind us. Led Zeppelin! The Smiths! The Jam! They should all get together again! Why? Just so a lot of people get a kick out of criticizing at the O2 stadium and saying, 'They're not as good as they used to be.' The same would surely happen with Oasis in that situation ".
