That classic of the cinema of the 70s and based on the acclaimed best-seller of John godey comes back to the fore before the possible version of the classic and starring the Oscar winner Denzel Washington as published by Variety magazine. The Oscar-winning actor will be Lieutenant Zachary ´Z´ Garber represented by Walter Matthaus in the original film, from 1974.
The plot of the film is direct and clear. The incredible and huge New York subway is hijacked by a group of men, predictably organized by a criminal organization and who demand a ransom for the detained passengers. The new remake version will be directed by the versatile and expert action director Tony Scott, who I remember, has already worked with Denzel Washington on several films.
