As a reader told us yesterday, this London band has announced more details about their next work expected for next summer: it will be titled Battle for the sun and will be launched, in principle, the 8 June.
For this album, successor to meds (2006), Steve Hewitt (band drums from 1996) was replaced by Steve Forrest, a Californian from 22 years.
Brian molko, vocalist and leader of PlaceboHe said of this new situation:
"We have made an album that encourages us to live, to come out of the darkness and into the light… although it does not necessarily leave the gloom completely, it is essential… it is a part of us".
