Canadian singer Michael Bublé announced in recent days the release of his next album. The new album will be called 'Nobody But Me' and will be released on October 21.
Released by Warner Bros./ Reprise Records, the new album will be his first album in three years and the ninth in Bublé's discography. Along with the announcement, the successful interpreter released the first single of this new material, which gives the album its name.
This new work was recorded in studios in Los Angeles and Vancouver and the same will contain three unreleased songs composed by Bublé, as well as new versions of classics like 'My Baby Just Cares For Me', 'The Very Thought of You', 'God Only Knows' by Brian Wilson and Johnny Mercer's classic 'I Wanna Be Around'. Guest artists on the album are Meghan Trainor and Black Thought from The Roots. Meghan Trainor collaborates on the song 'Someday' and Black Thought, leader of the band The Roots, on the first single 'Nobody But Me'.
This new album has been produced by Michael Bublé himself in collaboration with Johan Carlsson (from the Max Martin / MXM Productions production team) and his regular collaborators, Alan Chang and Jason "Spicy G" Goldman, who have been working with the artist since his early work, have also participated.
In the press release about the upcoming release, Bublé commented on this: “I did not imagine that it could be so much fun to work on creating a new album. It was especially exciting to collaborate with my band, who as they always understand that I want to always sound better than I have ever sounded before. The first single, 'Nobody But Me', along with recent singles 'My Kind of Girl' and 'I Believe in You' are now available on digital platforms.
Nobody But Me's tracklist includes tracks: 'I Believe in You', 'My Kind of Girl', 'Nobody But Me', 'On an Evening in Roma' (Sotter Celo de Roma), 'Today Is Yesterday's Tomorrow ',' The Very Thought of You ',' I Wanna Be Around ',' Someday '(feat. Meghan Trainor),' My Baby Just Cares for Me 'and' God Only Knows'. The deluxe version of the album will contain the bonus tracks: 'This Love of Mine', 'Nobody But Me' (Alternate w / Trumpet Version) and 'Take You Away'.
