It seems that Metallica will be a band with two basses at the Induction Ceremony at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, to take place this coming Saturday in the city of Cleveland.
A person belonging to the label that represents them, Warner Bros. Records, has come out to say the following:
"The two, Jason and Robert, will perform Metallica songs at the Induction Ceremony"... although he did not specify which songs they will be or whether they will both do it together or separately.
With this new information, the statements made by the same Jason Newsted earlier in the week, those in which he stated that Lars Ulrich had called him to invite him to play with them because Robert Trujillo I was not going to participate in the ceremony as part of the band (because I wanted to attend as one more fan), they are forgotten.
Without a doubt, it will be a great celebration that we hope to comment on extensively.
