The identity of the new characters from 'Finding Dory', the new Pixar film that will hit Spanish cinemas on June 24. Although the date is getting closer and closer, the truth is that we do not know much about this new animated film directed by Andrew Stanton and Angus MacLane in which Dory, the amnesiac blue surgeonfish, will now start a trip along the California coast to meet his family. During this new journey Dory will not only have to face new enemies and adversities, but also with her own, and ephemeral, memory.
This sequel to 'Finding Nemo' is being promoted properly. Little by little they show us new promotional materials that give us a more approximate idea about what we will see on the big screen (which will surely be fantastic). It is well known that Pixar animated films are liked by both adults and children, the morals of their stories are often complex, the characters are often intelligently characterized and the scenarios in which the action takes place are always fabulous. 'Finding Dory' is not going to be less.
The photos of the new characters that USA Today has spread closer to the underwater world of the sequel, characters who will share the adventures with Dory and the other protagonists. Do we know them?
Although we already know who they are, the photos show us the well-known clown fish Nemo and his father Marilin, Dory and the turtles Mr. Ray and little Crash.
To Dory's parents, a beluga whale named Bailey (which we assume she learned to talk about whale), a whale shark named Destiny and to Hank, the whiny, curmudgeonly octopus.
To the friendly eagle fish Bob Peterson, a means of marine transport.
The film's director, Andrew Stanton, added Some comments in the post: “The ocean is literally filled with millions of species and people don't want to feel like the movie takes place in a pond. So we include some species of animals or fish that are fun to see in real life. ".
Some of these animals referred to in the quote are, for example, the sea lions Flucke and Rudder, or otters, which despite being a bit rascal in real life, as Andrew has defined them, will be a lot most endearing in the movie.
Not all the animals that appear will speak. Becky, the loon, is an example, as well as "the rascals", the famous seagulls who will give a lot to talk about again in the film.
