One of the most personal voices that have appeared in recent years is undoubtedly that of Macy Gray. With his unmistakable tone, Gray had blazed a promising path into the world of R&B, with that wonder that was On How Life Is.
After three years of his last studio work, and under the label Concord Records, the American launches The Sellout, an album with twelve new songs, entirely created and produced by herself. The first cut, which is already heard on dozens of radio stations, is titled Beauty in the world.
In this opportunity, Macy chose to surround herself with sheer talent: Bobby Brown, Kaz James, Slash, Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum are some of the stars that parade throughout the CD.
