We already have the songs that the new album will contain Lou Reed with Metallica, called 'Lulu', which will be released on October 31 through Universal Music. The work was co-produced by Reed, Metallica, Hal Willner, and Greg Fidelman.
How we count, it is an album inspired by the expressionist writer Frank Wedekind, a German playwright, and particularly in his works Erdgeist (The Spirit of the Earth; 1895) and Die Büchse der Pandora (Pandora's Box; 1904). The story tells what happens to a young dancer who has suffered sexual abuse, her romantic relationships and the vicissitudes of a life in which she knows success and also the most absolute wealth and poverty.
