Chester Bennington, vocalist of Linkin Park , has stated for a well-known music magazine that his next presentation at the Sonisphere Festival (August 1st) gives them a perfect opportunity to become the 'kings of direct': assured that Muse They are the band to beat in this area, but they are confident of beating the high standards set by the English trio.
"Muse is one of the best - if not the best - live bands in the world, so we need to do our best when we're on stage. I think the type of bands that will perform at the Festival -like Metallica- make you grow as an artist ... so, either you give your all and live up to expectations, or you leave with your tail between your legs."He commented.
"I firmly believe that there are events that can cement or end your career… Sonisphere is one of them. Groups of the likes of Led Zeppelin or Queen have performed here, so we'd better do our best"He added.
Meanwhile, they continue working on their next album with the famous producer. Rick rubin.
