The successful and rebellious Lily Allen revealed that he has already finished his second studio album, after his millionaire debut 'Alright, Still' from 2006.
Speaking to the BBC, Lily counted who was working with the frontman of the band Klaxons, Jamie reynolds, and that they have also covered a Joe Jackson song called "Steppin 'Out."
