In the early 90s, the international press saw groups such as Oasis and Blur, the birth of a new sound from England. Despite having dissimilar proposals, both were quickly placed under what was called brit pop, Together with Pulp y TheVerve.
In the midst of the constant fights between the brothers Gallagher, the comparisons were immediate and thus began a series of statements between one and the other members, which reached its climax when Noel Gallagher I wish you Damon Albarn y Alex james, Blur, nothing less than a death from HIV.
With the dissolution of Blur, and the turbulent steps of Oasis Until its announced end, the waters calmed down. To such an extent it is so, that Liam Gallagher and his brand new band Beady eye, they recently surprised with the announcement that they will cover the song Country House, by Blur, included in their fourth studio album The Great Escape.
Meanwhile, the band formed from the ashes of Oasis (remember that Beady eye consists of Liam and three former Oasis) continues with the presentation of his debut album Different Gear, Still Speeding, released last month.
