Kylie Minogue, the quintessential Australian pop princess whose nearly two-decade music career couldn't be more loaded with hits, just stumbled across a boulder in the form of a pseudo-reality show. Kylie Jenner, known for her participation in the reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians, wants her name, 'Kylie', to be a trademark that can be used for commercial purposes. Jenner's intention is for 'Kylie' to become the clothing and makeup brand that she markets, in addition to having requested the registration of several more names in order to expand their business.
It was sung that Kylie Minogue, the original Kylie, because until her first album, 'Kylie' (1988), was born nine years before this Jenner came to the world, she was not going to react at all well to such news. Minogue, who already has her trademark name for music recordings and entertainment services, fears Jenner will end up confusing the public and that this ends up affecting the brand, which is why a legal battle has begun against it.

The representatives of Kylie Minogue, the company KDB, have not cut a hair when claiming that Jenner is "A mere minor television character", making several comparisons that leave Jenner far from being in a good place, and stating that the "Infinite criticisms" that the little Kardashian receives "Could cloud the image of Minogue".
One of the most recent examples would be his posing in a wheelchair for Interview magazine., photograph by which Jenner managed to ignite the fumes of the groups in favor of the rights of the disabled. Unlike Jenner, Minogue is known for her collaboration with charities and foundations she supports, as well as her activism in the fight against breast cancer, a disease that she suffered in 2005 and that forced her to withdraw from the scenarios temporarily.
