This coming fall, the band of Morrissey y Marr will be the protagonist of another compilation that will be titled Hang The DJ: The Very Best of the Smiths. In principle, this launch is scheduled for the day October 7.
Will come to light in two formats: The normal compact disc will include 23 topics arranged chronologically, starting with the title "hands in gloves”And ending with the essential“Last night I dreamt that somebody loves me".
El double disc will include, apart from the aforementioned, an album of 21 topics that alternates songs from the different albums with sides b, a different version of the "this charming man"And"pretty girls makes grave", as well as live cuts of the "handsome devil", meat is murder","what's the world"And"london".
This compilation will try to emulate the sales success recorded by its predecessors: Best Of Vol. 1 (1992) was the most profitable as it sold no less than 435000 copies only in United States, while compiling 1987, Louder Than Bombs, achieved an estimate of 416000.
