With a great cast that includes Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law., The version of Sherlock Holmes commanded by Madonna's ex, Guy Ritchie, already has a first trailer.
The most famous detective in all literary history will be played by Robert Downey Jr., that he will have his faithful helper by his side, Dr. John H Watson, played by Jude Law.
This will be the Ritchie's first foray into the adventure genre and the film will be based on the series of short novels written by the great Arthur Conan Doyle.
The ascendant will complete the cast Rachel McAdams, who will play Irene Adler, Holmes's weakness; and actor Mark Strong, as Lord Blackwood. The movie features screenplay by Mike Johnson, Anthony Peckham and Simon Kinberg.
Sherlock Holmes is scheduled to premiere in 2010 in the United States, no exact date yet.
