Goya Awards, Alboran and their fans

Alboran and the Goya

In the instant that a group of girls, fans by Pablo Alborán, they saw it from afar on the red carpet at the Goya awards, they did not hesitate and thought it appropriate to skip any security measures.

Screaming and crying, they entered the Auditorium hotel with their hands full of gifts to offer the singer. Alboran attended the gala in a nomination for the song "Palmeras en la Nieve", which finally deserved the trophy, in the Goya category for the best original song.

Pablo Alboran, in front of the group of girls who came upon him, confessed minutes later the shame that he feels before these expressive displays of affection towards him, but that, at the same time, he feels deeply grateful for it. Although the singer tried to get close to kiss his fans, the event's security agents did not advise him.

In this way, the Malaga artist obtained the first Goya of the 30th edition of these awards from Spanish cinema. The award-winning song is the central theme of the film's soundtrack, composed by Alboran himself with Lucas Vidal. Both received the award from Alaska and Rosario. Alboran confessed to being very nervous and thanked the entire team that has helped him in the process of the song, his family, especially his brother, his followers, etc. It is the first time that Pablo Alborán participates in a soundtrack, and he could not have started on a better footing.

The song "Palmeras en la Nieve" a direct commission from Lucas Vidal, who has been in charge of composing the music for the film. They both collected the award together. As a curious fact, Vidal is also the author of the music for “Nobody wants the night”, a film that has obtained the Goya for best original music.
