Here we have the delusional trailer for «Freaky deaky«, A film based on a novel by Elmore Leonard (Jackie Brown, 3:10 to Yuma) which was published in Spain under the title 'Dynamite to begin with' and which stars Christian Slater, Crispin Glover, Michael Jai White and Billy Burke.
In the film, the story shows a Los Angeles police officer (Burke) confronting two former members (Slater, Racano) of the 60s hippie movement who want to use their knowledge to make bombs against a movie mogul. . And rape and revenge are just the tip of the iceberg in a sinuous story that led to its setting in LA in 1974.
The film is directed by Charles Matthau, the son of the great actor Walter Matthau, and will premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival this Sunday. But it still has to be acquired by a distributor to have a release date in mainstream theaters.
