Sandra Bullock returns to the big screen after the success of 'Gravity' two years ago and does under David Gordon Green in 'Our Brand is Crisis'.
George Clooney, Grant Heslov and the actress herself produce this film very much in the vein of the Oscar winner 'Argo', produced by the first two, which seems like it may lead them to success again.
The Oscar winner for 'A possible dream' ('The Blind Side') and nominee for 'Gravity' Sandra Bullock, will seek her third nomination for the Hollywood Academy Award with this David Gordon Green film, film director as the winner of the Berlinale's Best Director Award 'Prince Avalanche'.
'Our Brand Crisis' is a dramatic comedy, in the vein of films like the aforementioned 'Argo' or 'The Men Who Stare at Goats', directed by the Grant Heslov himself and scripted by Peter Straughan, who revolves around the political strategies that the United States government develops in South America.
The film is based on the 2005 self-titled documentary directed by Rachel Boynton which has also been adapted by screenwriter Peter Straughan.
