Fatboy Slim

The style Fatboy Slim is recognized as Big beat, a mix of Hip-Hop, Rhythm and blues, breakbeat and rock. The renowned DJ is also known as Norman Cook (but his real name is Quentin leo cook), born in Bromley (England), on July 13, 1963.

Norman began his musical career in a rock band called The Housemartins, then in 1992 he worked for a musical group known as Freak power, in which they produced two albums and worked for a very important Levis advertisement.
In 1996 Norman Cook, who adopted the name Fatboy Slim, made its leap to DJ consoles through producer Simon Thorton and through the Skint Records label.
Thanks to them and the great potential of Fatboy Slim, they managed to be one of the greatest within the genre Big beat.
