The well-known filmmaker and writer David trueba, the filming of Living is easy with closed eyes, his new film that will include Spanish actors of the stature of Javier Cámara, Natalia de Molina, Ramón Fontseré, Francesc Colomer, Ariadna Gil and Jorge Sanz among others.
Then they will go to Almería, where a large part of the plot takes place. For those of you who do not know what this film is about, it tells the life of a teacher who has a curious way of teaching English in Spain in the mid-sixties, with songs by the Beatles.
In 1966 he learns that John Lennon is in Almería shooting a movie and decides to go meet him. On his route, he is encouraged to pick up a 16-year-old boy who has run away from home and a twenty-year-old who seems to also be escaping from everything and where a very strong friendship will be born between the three.
In this film the lives, concerns and dreams of the three protagonists intersect and even in the title a small tribute is paid to the Liverpool group because it is one of the phrases of the song Strawberry fields forever.
