If a few weeks ago we told you that James McAvoy was nominated to star in the movie about Wikileaks, today we must correct and inform you that he will finally be the German-Catalan actor Daniel Brühl the actor chosen to play Daniel Domscheit-Berg.

Thus Brül replaces James McAvoy in the cast of the film on WikiLeaks that will be directed by Bill Condon, getting into the skin of the right arm of Julien Assange, who continues to be played by Benedict Cumberbatch, alias Sherlock.

As has transpired James McAvoy leaves the project due to scheduling problems that prioritize the new installment of the X-Men saga.

As we already told you, Daniel Domscheit-Berg is the author of the book 'Inside Wikileaks: My time with Julian Assange at the World's Most Dangerous Website', and it is precisely this work that will serve as the basis together with 'Wikileaks: Inside Julian Assange's war on secrecy'for the realization of the script of the film.

La relationship between Julian Assange and Daniel Domscheit-Berg, his right-hand man and spokesman for Wikileaks, would be the central plot of the film, in which ideological differences separated these friends, played by Benedict Cumberbatch and James McAvoy. Everything points to the fact that if the project comes to fruition, the Wikileaks movie will be showered with prizes everywhere. For now we will have to wait to see how things evolve.
