Damon Albarn has been the protagonist of the dream of any fan who attends a concert. It happened to me with The Prodigy: 75 minutes. That is not the case with Damon Albarn, since they do not have to ask him "other".
At the Danish Roskilde festival, Damon Albarn, with his project African Express, who collaborates with other artists such as his partner Grahan Coxon, Nick Zinner (from Yeah Yeah Yeahs), Laura Mvula, Jeff Wooten, Songhoy Blues and Seye Adeklan, had to be taken off stage in his arms after five hours of show.
With his usual good vibes, Albarn gave himself to his audience until four in the morning. But it was not the public who asked him to leave, since the fans did not stop chanting along with him song after song. It was the organization of the concert who - more or less laughing - had to lift Albarn in their arms to take him away while he laughed with a gesture of surprise and the audience did not stop booing the organization.
