After ten years, Marcos del Ojo 'Canijo de Jerez' and Diego Pozo 'El Ratón', that is, The Criminals, have announced their separation through an official statement: the musicians deny "bad vibes" and allude to their desire to "explore different musical paths separately."
Those from Jerez de la Frontera claim to treasure «very good moments, great albums, magical collaborations and some wounds in the heart that were forged in this melting pot of ours Los Delinqüentes«.
And they remember that those ten years «filled us with happiness», but now «we want to take a well-deserved break«. In a joking tone, they say that it is "an Andalusian siesta", since they want to investigate other paths separately.
In the statement, they explain that the break up is given «without bad vibes, each one on different paths, we want to present new projects with work and with the illusion of the first day«.
