Finally I know confirmed that the Mexican Guillermo del Toro will direct the two films based on the popular book «The Hobbit»By JRR Tolkien.
For this, Del Toro will move to New Zealand for the next four years to work with Peter Jackson in the production of the films, which will be Both of you and each will have a budget of about $ 150 million.
