Adapted from the book of Sophie kinsella, Confessions of a Shopaholic (confessions of a compulsive shopper), the film with the same name will be released in the coming weeks.
Counting in their cast with names like Isla Fisher, Krysten Ritter, Hugh Dancy, John Goodman, Joan Cusack and Kristin Scott Thomas.
The story is quite nice, as it is about a young woman who is passionate about shopping malls and shopping for anything in them. A compulsive shopper, in short, called Rebecca Bloomwood, who dreams of becoming an editor of her favorite fashion magazine, the point is that to begin, as well as to be able to fix her financial situation a bit, she gets a job in an economic magazine, where he ends up writing articles on how to manage money in shopping malls. Paradoxical for sure.
The film is directed by PJ Hogan, who has already ventured into films of this caliber, counting on previous titles such as My best friend's wedding, Love without conditions o Muriel's wedding.
One that might be worth seeing on rainy nights and lots of junk food on the bed. Little desire to delve into the human psyche one has in such circumstances. Without further ado, the trailer for the film.
