If you already we announced last week, that the new album of Coldplay called "Long live life or Death and all his friends" had been a record for downloads in iTunes libraries, now it is in CD format where it seems that they have also achieved another record.
The group has been selling since last Thursday the 12th, which is when their album was released on the market for a total of 305.000 copies. Although there are a lot of sales that have even positioned themselves at the top of the charts in the UK and Italy, they have not been able to beat their own "X&Y" record in which they sold 464.000 albums in the first week.
