Heavy Metal is a musical genre that incorporates elements of other similar styles such as blues rock, rock & roll, folk rock, Celtic music or even classical music depending on the artist and the Heavy Metal subgenre we are talking about. The origin of Heavy Metal dates back to the late 60s and early 70s when various groups were making their songs more and more dense thanks to the advances produced in the technique of amplification and electronic instruments.
