«Can't Touch Us Now», the new album Madness is already on sale

Can't Touch Us Now Madness

On October 28, "Can't Touch Us Now", the new album by the British group Madness, went on sale. This new work follows "Oui Oui Si Si Ja Ja Da Da", an album released in 2012 that reached the gold record in the United Kingdom.

Released by the group's label Lucky 7 Records and distributed through Universal Music, "Can't Touch Us Now" represents the twelfth album of the legendary group's discography, a work that has been produced by Clive Langer and Liam Watson.

Clive Langer has been a traditional contributor to the band and has been featured on some of the group's most successful songs throughout their career. "Can't Touch Us Now" was recorded in less than three weeks on Toe Rag, Watson's East London studio. Watson is known for works like "Elephant" by The White Stripes, an album that won him a Grammy Award in 2004. The mix was performed by Charlie Andrew (Alt-J) of Laurel Collective, winner of a Brit Award this year.

"Can't Touch Us Now" contains 16 previously unreleased tracks, including 'Mr. Apples' (first single released in September), 'Mumbo Jumbo', 'Blackbird' (dedicated to Amy Winehouse) and the title track 'Can't Touch Us Now', in short, a collection of songs that capture genres like pop, reggae and soul. Keeping his style and following his traditional sense of humor, the group decided to present the album at the Royal Hospital in Chelsea, with an audience of pensioners and war veterans who have lent themselves to ask questions of the group, even asking questions about Amy Winehouse.

To officially present the album The British group will carry out during the months of November and December a tour that will tour several cities in the United Kingdom, performing at the great O2 stadium in London on December 10 and closing the tour on December 17 at the Barclaycard Arena in Birmingham.
