The Weinstein Company production company has released the trailer for the comedy «butter", starring Hugh Jackman, Jennifer Garner, Rob Corddry, Alicia Silverstone, Ty Burrell, Ashley Greene, and Olivia Wilde. The comedy is set in the American Midwest, in Iowa, where an adopted girl discovers her talent for butter sculpture (hence the title).
She must face off in the annual butter molding contest against Laura Pickler (Jennifer Garner), the most ambitious woman in town. «butter»Is directed by Jim Field Smith and will be released in theaters on October 5 in a limited version, although on September 7 it will be released on Video On Demand.
Jennifer Garner has said that "once I have finished a film I forget about it, because I know that the fact that it reaches theaters or not is no longer under my control", in a recent interview with the newspaper El Nuevo Herald.
