'The Breakdown', new single from Prince

Prince has released a new single, which we can already hear: it's about 'The breakdown', the first with his new label Warner Bros, with whom he began his career. It is a ballad of which Prince He had already made reference during an interview last March with Arsenio Hall.

Apparently, the musician will release a new album of original songs, and also a deluxe 30th anniversary edition of his now legendary 'Purple Rain'. Here we can listen to the new single:

Prince Rogers Nelson was born on June 7, 1958 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, and is a singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist of rock, soul, funk and new wave. He uses the stage name Prince, although he has also been known under an unpronounceable symbol, which he used between 1993 and 2000.

During the 80s, he was one of the most important and innovative artists. In the United States alone it has sold about 39.5 million albums and about 100 million worldwide. The song "Purple Rain" won the Oscar for best soundtrack for Prince himself, who also won a Grammy Award for the album.
