Blended Family Here Alicia Keys

Alicia Keys is back and announces the release of her next album: 'Here'. The well-known singer releases a new single from it, 'Blended Family (What You Do For Love)', a song that includes the collaboration with rapper A $ AP Rocky.

During this year 2016 Keys showed some novelties, first in May with the presentation of the song 'In Common' and at the beginning of September with the edition of 'Back to Life', single part of the soundtrack of the film 'Queen of Katwe'.

Last Friday (7) the New York singer-songwriter presented a new unreleased song 'Blended Family (What You Do for Love)', a song that refers to Mashonda Tifrere, the ex-wife of her current husband, Swizz Beats. The song was written by Keys herself along with A $ AP Rocky, John Bush, Brandon Aly, Tish Hyman, Dave Kuncio, Kenneth Withrow and Edie Brickell. The song was produced by Keys and Mark Batson.

This new album will be the sixth studio and the first in four years, and it will be released by RCA Records. 'Here' will go on sale on November 4. The singer and current coach of The Voice (USA), since the edition of 'Girl on Fire' (2012), her last album, has not stopped her activity, releasing various singles such as 'We Are Here' (2014) , '28 Thousand Days '(2015) and also collaborating on soundtracks with the songs' It's On Again 'from' The Amazing Spider-Man 2 'and' Better You, Better Me 'from' The Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete '.

In reference to her new attitude of not wearing makeup in promotional photos, and as can be seen on the cover of her new single, the singer explained this decision to her followers through a letter posted on Lena Dunham's blog. In the letter Keys revealed that "Then face insecurities and bored with the pursuit of perfection", made the decision to perform without makeup at the UEFA Champions final in Milan last May, where she presented the first single from 'Here': 'In Common'. Keys commented on this presentation: "I was a bit uncomfortable, but I swear it was the presentation in which I felt stronger, more powerful, freer and more beautiful than ever".
