Angelina Jolie has a very fine voice

I saw, last night, «Changeling", Or" The Substitute. " I wasn't looking to find a masterpiece, but not one of cheap cinematic quality either. I was hoping to find a good movie. And so it happened. The dazzling was left in the past (or in the future, let's hope), to leave us only a slight bundle of instantaneous tensions, a couple of questions about everything that is not relevant to the history of the film, and a total fascination for the hats that the star wears throughout the film.

First thing's first. The performances have seemed unprofitable to me. That is to say, Angelina Jolie cries We all know that. And he cries a lot, and well, I don't deny it. But I feel that only between tears will I be able to remember her from here to eternity (which I doubt very much). Now what happened to Malkovich? The most sensual man in all of Hollywood, an excellent actor as he is, and he is not taken advantage of at all. The role is poorly chosen, that is, the type of character. Being that they have an actor like that on their hands, I think they have not known how to take advantage of what they hired. Who I did like was the bad cop. In performances, I mean. It is that in terms of script structure, the way in which the story has been chosen to be told, I think there are abrupt cuts that could be better used, and big potholes where it happens and does not happen.

Let us agree that beyond the fact that the disappearance of the child Walter is the crux of the matter, as far as the surface of the film refers, it is not essential what happens or does not happen with that. I mean, I would like to know how it was that from that filthy ranch they came to take him away, but that remains in my appetite as a spectator. Now, the episode of the shrink made me remember a lot to the film in which Jolie has long hair, and a not so fleshy mouth, and shares sympathy with Winona Ryder. I don't remember the title.

The film, as if to conclude with so much chatter, I thought it was good. I, in my eagerness as an amateur scriptwriter, would have made different decisions. But, ultimately, I think it is a good movie, one of those that remain in the library as ideal for rainy nights, or just nights. Recommended to see something, do not expect to find a masterpiece. Only that.
