In the last concert that this English group offered yesterday in the Iberian Peninsula, before their announced and final separation in the year 2010, more than two thousand people enjoyed the best known and most memorable songs of Simply Red in the voice of its founder Mick Hucknall, 47 year old.
It was a forced return to past decades that theme after theme became more and more endearing. In scarce ninety minutes long, it was possible to give a well-deserved review of the recording career of this band that already has a little more than 25 years of history.

hucknall announced at a press conference that will start a solo career just finished this series of recitals in the spring of 2010.
