An Oscar menu

The well-known Austrian chef Wolfgang Puck has been in charge of preparing the dinner menu that will be served at the Oscars ceremony and as expected it is full of authentic delicacies in the form of small canapés.

As the chef told the media: “Our menu has the fantastic flavors of California ingredients, some luxuries and some classic dishes; there is always something for everyone and I think it can be an inspiration to do similar things at home ”.

The paella or Iberian ham will not be present as in the last installment but there will be, for the 1.500 attendees, chicken pie with truffles, lamb with coriander vinaigrette, mini-burgers of beef Kobe with cheese.

In addition, 6.500 rolls with salmon, some 5.000 chocolate figurines, 7.500 prawns, 3.500 miso wafers, 1.300 oysters and 660 kilos of lobster will be served. As far as drink is concerned, it will be borne by Möet & Chandon. A delight not suitable for all pockets.
