We already have a brief preview «Words«, The new single from Amaia Montero, a theme that will premiere exclusively on Cadena Dial this Saturday, May 31, and that will be available in digital format from Monday, June 2 (on all platforms, both for download and streaming services). «Words» will be included in the third solo album by the vocalist, due out in September.

The album has been recorded at Kensaltown studios in London under the production of Martin Terefé (Jesse & Joy, Jason Mraz, James Blunt, Jamie Cullum) and the participation of musicians from the United Kingdom (Kristoffer Sonne, Karl Brazil, Bastian Juel, Nikolaj Torp Larsen, Glen Scott, James-Bryan, Cass Lowe), as well as Paco Salazar on guitar and the string quartet The Love Sponge Strings. The album began to take shape at the end of 2013 after an intense period of composition. According to the press release, the songs present a new sound that will "surprise" their followers.

Relationships between La Oreja de Vang Gogh and Amia Montero almost do not exist: The group's drummer, Haritz Garde, pointed out a few days ago that "each one has their careers, we haven't talked or crossed paths for a long time, she has isolated herself to compose her album and we have grown apart". And I add:

It is like a relationship with a couple, there comes a time when things get cold, but there is no bad atmosphere, and if it happens we will be delighted with her and we will take up pending things
