The well-known British actor Richard Griffiths, who was known in our country mainly for his role as the character of Vernon Dursley, the bad guy of Harry Potter, has died at 65 years of age due to a complication in a heart operation to which he was undergoing.
The actor had a more than long career as a supporting actor in theater, cinema and also for television, although it should be noted that his greatest success has been his role in the Harry Potter saga for which he could be best known throughout the world.
In 2008, this actor was awarded the Order of the British Empire within the list of honors currently awarded by Queen Elizabeth II for his artistic contribution.
