A judge forces Rocco Ritchie, son of Madonna, to spend Christmas with mom

Madonna goes crazy singing to her son on the iPhone that of "Come back, come home, for Christmas". Rocco Ritchie, son of Madonna and Guy Ritchie, had to spend Christmas in New York with his mother, but what was the surprise of the singer when she found out that Rocco had not taken the plane that would take him back to his mother.

We have seen 15-year-old Rocco Ritchie on many occasions dancing with his mother, as was the case in the video clip for 'Bitch, I'm Madonna', in the live presentation of the same song on the show Jimmy Fallon, or even on the 'MDNA Tour' and the current 'Rebel Heart Tour'. Off stage social networks also witnessed the -in theory- good relationship between Madonna and her son Rocco, so this news has been a surprise.

At first it seemed that Rocco preferred to spend Christmas in the United Kingdom with his father, Guy Ritchie, currently married to the model Jacqui Ainsley, as his lawyer, Eric Buckley, assures in the Supreme Court of the State of New York: "Rocco has made it clear that he doesn't want to go back to New York". Madonna had to be calmed down by her lawyer after hearing the statement from her ex-husband's lawyer.

The judge asked Ritchie's attorney if he had prevented Rocco from returning to the United States, the attorney responding: "Indeed, yes". After the answer, the judge ended up ruling in favor of Madonna: I order the boy to return to New York. If he wants to be with his father, he must go back to his mother ». The judge also advised Madonna to speak with Rocco to find out who she wants to live with, before resuming the legal battle for her custody.
