Xavier Dolan's tape «Mommy«, Which won the Jury Prize at the psadao Cannes Film Festival and represented Canada at the Hollywood Academy Awards, has swept the Canadian Screen Awards 2015, the awards of the Canadian Academy of Film and Television.
"Mommy" has won six of the eight awards, all to which it aspired. Best Film, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, Best Actor for Antoine Olivier Pilon, best actress for anne dorval and best supporting actress for Suzanne Clement have been the awards that the new film of Xavier Dolan.
The two remaining awards have been for «Maps to the Stars«, Which only achieves the award for best supporting actor for John cusack despite getting up to eight nominations, and «Elephant song«, Which wins the award for best adapted screenplay, after winning two nominations.
