I have told you about all the premieres this week, but I still have the last one, the English and French co-production of suspense "The Broken" with Lena Headey (Terminator Series) as the lead actress.
broken tells the story of Gina McVey (Lena Headey), a young radiologist at a major London hospital, attends her father John's birthday celebration. Among the guests are her boyfriend Stefan, her brother Daniel and his girlfriend, Kate. During dinner, while they chat animatedly, a large wall mirror is shattered for no apparent reason, causing the attendees to emerge from a tension that did not exist until that moment.
The next day, on the way home, Gina thinks she sees a woman on the street who bears an uncanny resemblance to her. Shocked, he decides to follow her to her apartment, where, upon finding the door open, she will discover in horror a photograph of her father with that other woman, a perfect double of herself.
