Tape Marko santic "Seduce Me" is the one chosen by Slovenia to seek the nomination in the Academy Awards.
For the 18th time Slovenia submits film to the shortlist for the category of best foreign language film of the Oscar, so far without any success since it has not achieved a single nomination to date.
The film is endorsed by the Warsaw Festival, where he got a Special Mention, and for the Slovenian Festival, where Marko Santic was awarded the best director award.
«Zapelji me»In its original title, the film is the feature film debut of its director, who has extensive experience in short films that began in 2006.
«Seduce me»Tells the story of Luka, whom his mother abandoned when he was 10 years old, thus ending up in a youth care center. In the present, at the age of 19, Luka leaves the center willing to discover where his father is buried, which leads him to discover that his father did not really pass away and that he has a family that he has not met. Feeling betrayed, his only consolation is found in Ajda, a co-worker with open wounds from the past that make him mistrust people.
